Regrow Hair
Thousands of people decide that they want to regrow hair every day. They want to get their old confidence and good looks back. Hair loss due to balding, thinning and alopecia can be treated, or better said – managed, through the combination of many products and methods.
Genetics:
Your body’s ability to make the hair grow again depends greatly on your overall health, your age, your gender and even your ethnicity. Genetics plays a key role in a person’s hair growth, or lackthereof, meaning that if you know of a history of hair loss, thinning or of male and/or female pattern baldness then that puts you at a high risk of experiencing the same thing at one or more points of your life.
What Stress Has to Do With My Hormones?
Stress can play a huge factor in hair loss. You need to be aware of your stress level and of which stressors tend to be greatest, and avoid those stressors as much as possible. For many people suffering from alopecia areata, they do seem to notice a pattern between their stress and their hair loss. Many of them noticed that when put in stressful situations, such as a death or a divorce, their alopecia areata began to act up and they formed bald spots. Once the stress had diminished, they, for the most part, were able to get some sort of hair growth going again.
For those who do not understand why stress can trigger hair loss, it is because when the body is stressed it overworks itself and it can create hormone imbalance. A tired body that is not functioning properly will then begin to take a toll on the body’s immune system.
If the immune system is not working then you will not receive the proper nutrients, and other vital supplements you need for your overall health. Your body will be vulnerable to many diseases and illnesses. If you do not have a healthy body then your body will struggle to regrow hair.
How to Do it?
When looking into ways to regrow the hair, be sure to do your proper research so that you are not just buying phony gimmicks and possibly further damaging your hair. Products such as Rogaine and Nizol shampoo are highly recommended and work wonders, although not every person reports being satisfied with these products.
While trying to regrow hair you may want to wear a wig or a hat all the time to cover up the spots that are visibly balding or thinned out, but it is important that you try not to do so, unless you absolutely have to. That’s because this can actually stunt hair growth and is only going to set you back. Furthermore, using chemicals and hair dyes will destroy your hair overtime so stay away from those as well. If you absolutely must have one or the other, go with the wig.
Not Going to Happen Overnight
When going through the process to regrow hair you need to know that it is not going to happen overnight, and for some people, it may just not happen, period. Keep your stress as low as possible and refrain from going ‘product crazy’ when you do your hair. Those little baby hairs and ‘frizzies’ that don’t seem to go away no matter how much you gel them, and straighten them and spray them.
Well, the reason they aren’t going away is because you keep doing this and this is damaging them and causing them to break and splinter. Find products that are full of vitamins and eat vitamins on top of that. When your body reaches a point where it can no longer efficiently regrow hair on its own, you need to step in and find other ways to keep your locks luscious.
